Your internet service provider may need to increase your mailbox limits; to get this done you will have to speak to your internet service provider. The other possibility is that your email client (MS Outlook or Lotus notes etc) cannot receive the mail because it is using a bad username or password. This is the most common method of email receipt failure. To resolve this you will need to contact your internet service provider or email host to verify your account username and password for collecting mail. A third option is that your inbound server is temporarily unavailable; generally you will have received an error message to that effect. Once again this is an issue for your internet service provider.
