When you need an engineer onsite quickly then call us first.

Most of our troubleshooting and fixing can be done remotely however, there are times when a site visit is required.

We off hardware maintenance contracts that cover both parts and labour and we promise to be on-site within 4 hours of taking your call.

If you don't have a support agreement with us yet, but have an urgent fix requirement then we will do all we can to be with you next working day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) We also provide weekend visits at a premium when urgently required.

Our call-out fee is £45, this includes the first 30 minutes of engineers diagnostic time. Our engineer will advise you as to the cause and cost but you are under no further obligation to continue.

Where parts are required we have a large network of suppliers and can usually obtain parts next day. We charge our time by the minute so if it takes 48 minutes to fix then you would be charged for 48 minutes no rounding up to the nearest hour. That said our hourly on-site rate is £80 per hour.

Our initial diagnostic will be conducted via telephone so we can point our engineer in the right direction and hopefully ensure he brings any probable replacement parts with him. This saves you time and money.
